Ensuring that our covenants serve the best interests of the community is one of the HOA Board’s highest priorities, especially since our covenants help shape our community and play an important role in keeping our home values high. The board invites homeowners to share their perspectives as part of a larger examination of whether specific covenants continue to reflect the collective best interests of our residents. To focus the conversations, the board has organized seven virtual sessions covering 19 covenants.
Beginning January 15th, homeowners will have the opportunity to share their covenant experiences with the Board (see schedule below) in a series of virtual meetings. Homeowners must register in advance to speak in favor or against the assigned covenant, and each meeting will include questions and comments from the board.
