About the HOA
The fundamental priorities of the Homeowner Association’s board are to serve as an effective and responsible fiduciary, build community, and respect the privacy of others. Much of the HOA’s work is focused on protecting and building home values through investments in the community, maintenance of open space and trails.
Elected from within the community, the Homeowners Association Board serves on behalf of the community.

Todd Creek Cares
We’re thrilled to announce a new initiative that puts the community at its heart: Todd Creek Cares. Todd Creek Cares builds on the precedent set by the defunct Good Neighbor Committee and has two main objectives: helping homeowners meet HOA obligations if they’re facing medical issues or physical constraints, and mobilizing volunteers who can provide a helping hand to neighbors in need.
